Importance of medicinal plants in human health
Abstract
medicinal plants are increasingly used in aromatherapy, such as lavender essential oil for relieving stress and improving sleep, mint essential oil for refreshing and relieving headache. Medicinal plants are not only an important guarantee for mental health, but also an important way to improve the quality of life. Medicinal plants are not only guardians of human health, but also important contributors to the earth’s ecology. In the future, with the progress of science and technology and the deepening of the concept of sustainable development, medicinal plants will play a more important role in human health and ecological protection, and make greater contributions to global health and environmental protection. Based on this, the importance of medicinal plants to human health is discussed below for reference.
