Application of interactive nursing in colostomy nursing of colon cancer patients
Abstract
Objective: To analyze the application of interactive nursing in colostomy nursing of colon cancer patients Methods: From January 2022 to January 2023, 60 hospitalized patients with colon cancer were selected as participants in this study, and were evenly assigned to the observation group and the control group by random number table method, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, the observation group was treated with interactive nursing, and the nursing effect was compared.Results: After treatment, it was found that the ESCA and GSES scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group, while the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, P<0.05, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Interactive nursing for colostomy nursing can effectively improve the nursing effect, and it is worth promoting.
